Did the war in Ukraine influence your manufacturing?
Due to the Russian massive invasion, we had to stop part of our manufacturing facilities, but we have saved 80% of our productivity. Our factory is located in the west of Ukraine 200+ kilometers from the war zone so we continue manufacturing our glamping tents on a regular basis.

How do you deliver to the EU?
Our factory is located 100 km from the Poland border. Now the border is not crowded with cars so we can deliver to the EU relatively fast. We cooperate with several logistics companies to ensure fast delivery.

Do you provide assembly of your tents?
We understand that you need a ready-made tent, not a set of materials. So we have 2 options for you: 1) we provide you with the detailed instructions on assembly and the description of people you need to hire for it 2) our team comes to your site to assemble tents.

What payments do you accept?
Our company is paying VAT. We have a EUR bank account already, and we can open a new account in a needed currency during a couple of days, if needed.
